Let’s make something with red packets!

What do you need?

• 5 red packets 
• Strings
• Scissors
• Stapler 

‍Let’s get started!

Once you’ve got all your materials ready, let’s get started!

1. Create folds on all 5 red packets as shown in the photo.

2. Attach the 5 red packets together using the stapler.

3. Snip ¾ of the folds around the lantern.

4. FREESTYLE TIME! - Design the top and bottom of the lantern by twisting and folding the ¾ snipped edges towards the top and bottom of the lantern. You may use tape or the stapler to attach pieces together.

6. Secure strings to your lantern and hang your new masterpiece up in time for the New Year festivities!
